For a holiday or a city break in Valencia.
Oranges, paella, sunshine. And a membership that’s ready before you are.
Valencia mixes a historic old town with a futuristic city of arts and sciences and a long city beach, but you will not find a coffee shop anywhere. Cannabis in Spain is shared through private social clubs, and each one admits approved members only.
Valencia Cannabis Club takes care of the membership. Apply online before your trip, get approved, and arrive in Valencia with your access code on your phone.
Your membership covers participating clubs in five barrios, from the medieval streets of the old town to the seafront at El Cabanyal. Most are a short metro, tram or bike ride apart.
Main hub
The historic centre around the cathedral, Plaza de la Reina and the Central Market.
Old quarter
Narrow streets, street art and late-night bars inside the old city walls.
Creative barrio
Cafés, vintage shops and a busy food scene just south of the centre.
By the sea
The colourful fishermen’s quarter behind Las Arenas and Malvarrosa beaches.
Village feel
A relaxed former village to the north-east, popular with students and locals.
Valencia airport (VLC) is around 25 minutes from the centre by metro.
Each club has its own hours, facilities and capacity; you will find the specifics in your confirmation email.
Three plan lengths for one and the same membership. Only the validity period changes.

Look for weed in Valencia online and you will soon find people asking where to find a weed cafe in Valencia. There isn’t one. Spain does not have coffee shops, and cannabis is not sold to the public anywhere in the city.
Valencia’s cannabis social clubs are private associations that operate under the Spanish legal framework. Here is what that means for you.
Always
Every participating club requires an approved membership before you visit.
Bring a valid passport or government-issued ID each time. Phone photos are not accepted.
Club addresses are shared with approved members only.
Never
Using cannabis on the beach, in the Turia gardens or in the street is prohibited and can be fined.
Anyone selling on the street has nothing to do with a club. Walk away.
Airports and borders are off limits: carrying cannabis through either is illegal.
This website explains how membership works. It does not sell cannabis, and admission to any participating club is always subject to that club’s own policies and to Spanish law.
Four steps from your sofa to the club door.
Only adults can become members, so the form starts by confirming you are 18 or over and asking you to agree to the terms.
Decide how long your membership should run:
Complete the secure online form with your details and your plan. It is then reviewed.
Once approved, you get your confirmation, a personal member access code and tips for your first visit, all at once. On the day, carry your passport or government-issued ID.
A real person reviews each application, and every club keeps the right to set its own door policy.
We don’t run clubs. We make joining one straightforward for eligible adults, before they arrive.
Adults 18+ from any country can apply. No Spanish residency required.
Arrive with your membership ready instead of sorting it out on holiday.
From Ciutat Vella to El Cabanyal and Benimaclet.
Nobody outside the membership gets the club details.
